50% of the estimated total for all translations is to be paid in advance.
The time required to translate a given document will depend on the volume and nature of the document.

Cours d’anglais pour francophones

The French Institute of Michigan provides English lessons for french speakers wishing to learn everyday English or to improve it.

L’alliance Française du Michigan offrent aux francophones la possibilité d’apprendre ou de perfectionner leur anglais. Deux niveaux sont proposés: débutant-intermédiaire et intermédiare-avancé.

Débutant-intermédiaire (English 1): l’objectif de ce cours sera principalement la maîtrise orale de l’anglais dans les situations de tous les jours. Les bases de la grammaire seront également traitées.

Intermédiaire-avancé (English 2): l’objectif de ce cours sera d’améliorer l’oral et l’écrit en discutant de sujets d’actualité ainsi que de perfectionner la grammaire

The Alliance Française Edward Chalom Scholarship

In the amount of $500 in awarded annually by the Alliance Française de Detroit/French Institute of Michigan to one high school senior per year who is a resident of Macomb,Oakland, Wayne or Washtenaw County and who is planning to continue their study of French at a post-secondary level.

In order to qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be non-native French speakers enrolling in French coursework beyond the introductory level in their freshman year at college or university. Courses in classical civilization will not be accepted. In addition, the high school teacher of the winning student will be awarded $50.

Please complete the application and submit it along with the required essay, current transcript and two letters of recommendation, one of which must be your French teacher, by the submission deadline of March 5th,2018.
